What really sets it apart is a subtle olive tapenade note — brief moments of Kalamata olive brine on the palate — adding a uniquely savoury depth that is unmistakably Ikarian.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWell-balanced, approachable yet complex, this is a sensational eating wine with silky tannins and a long, characterful finish. Serve slightly cool at around 16 to 18°C to bring out the juicy fruit and that distinctive island personality.
