Planted in 1981 on Baw Baw Shire's red volcanic soils, the vineyard is naturally low yielding and consistently produces wines with concentration, texture and length.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 season was marked by poor flowering, further reducing yields and leaving only a small number of bunches per vine. The juice was then transferred to two French barriques for wild fermentation with regular lees stirring.
