Fermented in tank with malolactic fermentation, the wine spends three years on its lees, with a small portion of oak-aged wine adding further texture and complexity. It is finished at \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003ezero dosage\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, allowing the purity of the Grand Cru fruit and chalky terroir to take centre stage.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eDelicate yet intensely focused, with vibrant citrus, fine chalky minerality and remarkable aromatic precision.
