Rather than being a selection from a few specific parcels as in a typical vintage, L'Humeur du Temps 2024 is therefore a broader snapshot of the de Moors' Chablis vineyards and of what the year allowed them to produce.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAs always with Alice and Olivier de Moor, the emphasis is on purity, freshness and a sense of place rather than power.
