The vines were planted in 2006, with the site historically being fallow land — hence \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTeppes\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, meaning fallow land in the local dialect. On the palate, it is elegant and fluid but has considerably more depth and structure than the delicate Poulsard style for which Jura is often known.
