The vines sit on \u003cstrong\u003eIris Marl\u003c\/strong\u003e, some of the oldest geological soils in the Jura, formed from multicoloured Triassic marls. The Poulsard is fermented with a gentle extraction before ageing, allowing the variety’s delicate perfume and fine tannins to shine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe \u003cstrong\u003e2023\u003c\/strong\u003e is beautifully expressive, with \u003cstrong\u003eblood orange, raspberry, redcurrant and quince jelly\u003c\/strong\u003e, alongside floral notes and a subtle blackcurrant leaf character. There is more density than you might expect from Poulsard, but the wine remains wonderfully light on its feet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFine fruit tannins give way to a rocky mineral acid line\u003c\/strong\u003e, bringing length, freshness and a distinctly Jura sense of place.
