Rather than emphasising extraction or structure, the 2025 is built around the variety’s fragrance, freshness and naturally savoury personality.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFresh raspberry, redcurrant and dark cherry sit alongside violets, herbs and the subtle leafy character that makes Cabernet Franc so distinctive. The palate is juicy and lifted, with fine tannins and bright acidity keeping the fruit fresh and energetic. There is enough structure to give the wine shape, but it remains light on its feet and very easy to drink.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA fragrant, savoury and refreshingly uncomplicated expression of Cabernet Franc.
