Chardonnay provides generosity, orchard fruit and texture, while Savagnin brings its distinctive citrus character, freshness and savoury tension.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIn the glass it moves between lemon and ripe yellow fruit, green apple, subtle florals and gentle spice, with a mineral, slightly saline quality appearing as the wine opens. The palate has real texture but remains lifted and energetic, finishing fresh, savoury and persistent.
