It is the kind of wine that captures the playful side of Mosse perfectly: vibrant, refreshing and made to be drunk rather than analysed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 is a blend of 40% Pineau d'Aunis, 40% Merlot and 20% Grolleau Noir. The Pineau d'Aunis and Grolleau Noir were directly pressed, while the Merlot was destemmed and given six days of maceration before pressing, providing most of the wine's colour. Each variety was aged separately before the final blend was assembled.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBright red berries and cherry lead the way, with the Pineau d'Aunis bringing its characteristic peppery spice and freshness. The palate is juicy and light, with very little weight and plenty of acidity carrying everything through to a fresh, savoury finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt only 11.5% alcohol, Bangarang is dangerously easy to drink. Give it a proper chill and treat it somewhere between a rosé and a red.
