It was made in the same way as the rest of the range with full clusters pressed, indigenous yeast fermentation in stainless steel and ageing on lees for around seven months. This is always saltier and very tasty, with contained ripeness and alcohol at 12.8 percent, neatly balanced by good acidity and low pH, finishing bone dry.
