Together the sites bring perfume, structure and savoury complexity, offering a broad and honest expression of the region.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEach parcel was destemmed and fermented with a high proportion of intact whole berries, with gentle pump-overs and hand punch-downs throughout.
