Made entirely from Cinsault grown in the hills of Guarilihue, it draws on old, traditionally farmed vineyards rooted in the region's distinctive granitic soils. These vineyards are part of a winemaking landscape with more than two centuries of history, largely untouched by the industrialisation that transformed much of Chilean wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with whole bunches and indigenous yeasts, before ageing in concrete and oak. The 2023 is wonderfully fragrant, with wild strawberries, cranberries, red cherries, dried herbs and delicate spice.
