The vines sit on an east-facing slope rooted in the deep sandy soils for which Blewitt Springs is renowned. The fruit receives 24 hours of cold skin contact before fermentation, building texture and aromatic intensity without sacrificing freshness.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eHighly aromatic and seriously thirst-quenching, with fresh-cut pear, lime leaf and white flowers jumping from the glass.
