After the primary fermentation, the fruit is pressed and fresh Hanfu apple juice is added before a second fermentation in pressurised tanks creates the natural sparkle. Fermentation is stopped at the desired level of sweetness before the cider is clarified, filtered and bottled.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe result is aromatic, juicy and refreshing, with ripe plum, peach and dark berry notes on the nose and palate. There is a lovely balance between the generous fruit sweetness and bright acidity, with a gently tangy finish that keeps things fresh rather than cloying.
