Made from organically grown Macabeo sourced from Basshams Vineyard in Barmera, in South Australia's Riverland, it celebrates a Mediterranean variety that deserves far more attention in Australia.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 spends a couple of days on skins, just enough to introduce a lovely texture and a little extra character without losing its freshness. Bright grapefruit, lemon sherbet, juicy pear and a touch of green apple meet a delicate saline edge. The palate is soft, juicy and lightly textural, with a refreshing citrus finish that makes it dangerously easy to drink.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnly 222 dozen produced. A wonderfully fun, slightly unconventional white with plenty of personality, a brilliant label and serious summer-drinking potential.
