Firm yet vibrant, with bright acidity and finely structured tannins, it reflects both the depth of Barossa’s heritage vines and Callum’s intuitive, modern approach to Shiraz crafting.

(On the 2023) The 2023 Ebenezer Shiraz is plush, silky and dark, but there is levity and grace here as well. It has fruit, but it's not fruity; it is spicy but not dry, and the tannins are super fine yet pervasive—everywhere and nowhere at once, seamless. Fermentation was with 100% whole bunches, as with the rest of the 2023 release, and features a blend of Dallwitz Old and Dimchurch Home Old vineyards. 97 Pts -Erin Larkin, The Wine Advocate
