At Appellance, we aim to deliver your wines safely, promptly and with care.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide. All orders are dispatched from Australia.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders over $150.

For orders below this threshold, the following flat rates apply:

New South Wales (NSW): $12
Victoria (VIC): $12
Australian Capital Territory (ACT): $12
Queensland (QLD): $15
South Australia (SA): $15
Tasmania (TAS): $25
Northern Territory (NT): $30

Shipping rates are applied at checkout based on the delivery address.

Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. In the event of a delayed dispatch due to stock availability, customers will be notified.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier. While we work with trusted couriers, delivery times are indicative only and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Authority to Leave

Alcohol deliveries require a signature on delivery and cannot be left unattended. Please ensure someone of legal drinking age is available to receive the order.

Risk & Title

All risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is purchased on pre-order or while temporarily out of stock, your order will be dispatched as soon as the stock arrives. This may result in a slightly longer delivery timeframe.

Free shipping on all orders over $200.

For orders below $200, flat rate shipping applies based on your delivery location:

Local delivery (within 20 km of our Chatswood warehouse, Sydney) — $10
NSW, VIC & ACT — $20
SA & QLD — $25
WA — $35
TAS & NT — $40

We take responsibility for your order and will do our best to ensure it arrives safely. Please note that couriers can sometimes cause delays or breakages that are outside of our direct control. If this happens, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

Returns

We take great care in packing and storing our wines. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Due to the nature of wine, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
