Return Policy

Returns: Due to the nature of alcohol products and licensing regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange collection and send the correct product or issue a full refund.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Change of Mind: As our products are age-restricted alcohol, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days in original condition, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.
