Return Policy
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for any unopened products that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Due to the nature of alcohol products and licensing regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles under any circumstances.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damaged product, the outer packaging, and the shipping label.
Once assessed and approved, we will arrange either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund. This will be handled at no additional cost to you, and return shipping (if required) will be covered by us.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection of the incorrect product and either dispatch the correct item or issue a full refund. This will be handled at no cost to you.
Change of Mind
As our products are age-restricted alcohol and subject to strict licensing regulations, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
