A rare, volcanic white from El Hierro in the Canary Islands, crafted by Bimbache, pioneers of organic and low intervention winemaking. Made from high altitude indigenous varieties on steep, basalt and clay slopes, it reveals ripe orchard fruit, citrus peel, delicate florals, and saline minerality, flowing into a fresh, vibrant palate with bright acidity and a lingering, mineral tinged finish that captures the wild, Atlantic kissed energy of the island.
