A rare still red wine from Champagne Piollot, a family estate in Polisot in the Côte des Bar with biodynamic and organic roots that stretch back generations. Unlike the estate’s sparkling Champagne, this Coteaux Champenois rouge is made from 100 % Pinot Noir from the single vineyard Les Petites Mains, crafted in a pure, expressive style that honours both the fruit and its Kimmeridgian limestone and marl soils. 

The 2020 vintage reveals a light, transparent red and a beautifully complex personality, showing lifted aromatics of wild red fruit and subtle earthiness, vibrant energy and a sense of place that speaks to the heritage and hands‑on care of the Piollot family.
