Éclat de Calcaire comes from selected parcels on chalky, mineral rich soils that lend the wine a crystalline clarity and elegant structure. The 2023 vintage opens with bright aromas of citrus blossom, green apple and white peach, underscored by hints of flint and lemon zest. On the palate it is lively yet generous, with crisp acidity and a fine mineral thread that carries the fruit through a long, refreshing finish.
