A biodynamically farmed, Loire Valley Chenin Blanc from the small family estate of François and Pascale Plouzeau, located near Richelieu in Touraine where vines have been nurtured biodynamically since the early 1990s. Made from 100 % Chenin Blanc grown on a south‑west facing 3.2 ha parcel of clay and flint soils, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented with native yeasts, then aged partly in concrete and old oak, resulting in a dry yet fresh white wine with bright citrus and yellow fruit aromatics, lively acidity and a mineral‑tinged finish that reflects both terroir and natural vinification.
