Carousal is a collaborative project by Patrick Sullivan and Xavier Goodridge, built on curiosity, friendship and a shared belief in wines of purity and drinkability. Rather than a fixed estate, Carousal sources fruit from trusted vineyards, allowing each release to reflect both place and season.

This Chenin Blanc nods to the variety’s long lineage from the Loire while embracing a fresh Australian voice. Aromas of pear, green apple and citrus blossom unfold gently, with a subtle saline lift. The palate is bright and fluid, driven by fine acidity and finishing clean and refreshing. A wine of lightness, energy and quiet charm.
