A radiant Nebbiolo from Cascina Roccalini, a sun‑lit vineyard estate in the hills of Barbaresco brought to life by Paolo Veglio who began making his own wine in 2003 after years of selling his fruit to Piemonte’s most revered producers and learning the traditions of the Langhe. The 2019 Barbaresco draws its energy from gentle hilltop vineyards overlooking the Tanaro river and is shaped by spontaneous fermentation and extended aging in large oak to reveal the soul of its place. Perfumed aromas of rose and violet mingle with red cherry and soft spice while the palate unfolds bright fruit, elegant structure and fine tannins that speak of depth, patience and terroir.
