Vinification is natural; fermentation with indigenous yeasts, matured on its lees in demi-muid barrels for 3 years, zero sulphur, and neither filtered nor fined.

Aromatically, it opens with citrus peel, green almond and wild alpine herbs, layered with crushed stone and a gentle hint of spice. A light oxidative nuance adds depth without overpowering the freshness.

On the palate, it’s precise and driven.
