A vibrant orange wine crafted by Julien Altaber under his Sextant project. Made from 100 % Aligoté grown on clay and limestone vineyards in the Côte Chalonnaise, the grapes are fermented with skin contact for nine to twelve days, gently extracting colour, texture, and phenolics. The 2023 vintage shows a delicate light orange hue and a complex personality, with aromas of orchard fruit, citrus peel, and subtle herbal spice, followed by a textured, mineral-driven palate and refreshing energy that reflects both the unique terroir and Altaber’s minimal intervention approach.
