From Shofang, a visionary winery in Qinhuangdao, Hebei, founded in 2019 by Shofang Hu and Levi Lee. Hand harvested from old Fengjiashan vineyard plots and gently fermented with native yeasts, the 2024 vintage bursts with juicy white peach, ripe apricot and fragrant honeysuckle, flowing into a silky, textured palate of stone fruit and gentle spice, lifted by bright acidity and a lingering, mouthwatering finish.
