The wine is overwhelmingly Merlot-based, sourced from vineyards managed according to organic and biodynamic principles. Fermentation occurs naturally with indigenous yeasts, and the wine is matured in concrete rather than oak, preserving purity of fruit and site expression. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered with low sulphur, resulting in a style that feels authentic, vibrant and unforced.

The 2018 vintage offers generous aromas of plum, black cherry and old rose, layered with fresh herbs, earth, spice and subtle mineral notes.
