A true icon of modern Sicilian winemaking. SP68 Bianco takes its name from the historic road that runs alongside Arianna Occhipinti's vineyards in Vittoria, a symbol of the connection between the land, the people and the journey of traditional farming.

Made from 60% Zibibbo (Moscato di Alessandria) and 40% Albanello, two native Sicilian varieties, the grapes are farmed organically and biodynamically on the sandy, limestone-rich soils of the Iblei hills. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and given a short period of skin contact, the wine captures the purity, energy and wild character of the region.

The 2024 vintage is beautifully aromatic and textured, showing notes of lemon blossom, grapefruit, white peach, orange peel, Mediterranean herbs and almond. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with a gentle phenolic grip, mineral tension and a long, savoury finish.
