One of Jean-Marie Guffens' most playful wines from his Provençal estate. Rouge d'une Nuit is built around Syrah and Cabernet, with a brief encounter with the pressed skins of old-vine Grenache giving the wine additional colour, fruit and structure before ageing in concrete to preserve freshness.
The name references this "one-night" encounter. Vivid red fruit and peppery spice lead into a fresh, thirst-quenching palate. Unpretentious but far from simple, this is a fantastic bistro-style red made for drinking rather than contemplating.

Founded by Pedro Vicente, Appellance grew from a lifelong passion for food, wine, and hospitality. After years working as a chef and travelling through wine regions, meeting growers and tasting wines at their source, it became clear that some of the most exciting wines never make it onto the shelves of large retailers.
That's where we come in.
We spend our time searching for hidden gems, great value discoveries, and special bottles from Australia and beyond, making them easy for you to access and enjoy.
Every wine is personally selected, carefully stored in temperature-controlled conditions, and delivered with genuine care.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location, seasonal demand and courier availability.
Signature on delivery is required for all alcohol shipments to verify age. If no one is available to sign, the courier may leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery.

Occasionally, courier delays or breakages can occur outside our direct control. If your order arrives damaged or experiences an unexpected delay, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
We take great care in packing and storing our wines. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Due to the nature of wine, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
