Domaine Tempier Bandol Rosé 2025
Some wines become references. Others become legends.
Founded in 1834, Domaine Tempier has been at the heart of Bandol's story for nearly two centuries. But it was in 1940, when Lucien and Lucie Peyraud took over the estate, that a new chapter began, helping to revive Bandol and champion the region's great grape variety, Mourvèdre. Their first bottled rosé was released in 1943, beginning the legacy of one of Provence's most iconic wines.
The Tempier Rosé is not made as a simple summer wine. It carries the soul of the estate, combining freshness with structure, delicacy with complexity. Grown on the limestone and clay soils of Bandol, it captures the Mediterranean landscape with notes of wild herbs, citrus, red berries and a beautiful savoury minerality.
A wine of texture and energy, equally at home beside seafood, a long lunch under the sun, or enjoyed slowly as it reveals more with time.
A true icon of Provence, Domaine Tempier remains one of the world's most respected expressions of rosé.
