A singular white from Envínate, made from Listán Blanco grown on centenary cordon trenzado vines on volcanic soils in Tenerife. Fermented in concrete without temperature control, then matured predominantly in foudre with a portion in 350-litre used barrels. The 2024 vintage delivered very good yields and beautifully balanced wines in the zone. Chalky and elegant on the palate, with the ancient root systems drawing extraordinary minerality from the soils. Eminently stony, with a purity and depth that belies the 13,000-bottle production. Bottled July 2025.
