This is one of those light reds I love opening when the afternoon stretches a bit longer than planned.

From the Adelaide Hills, it’s built around Pinot Noir with a touch of Cabernet Franc, which gives it that little extra edge. In the glass it’s bright and lively. On the nose you get wild strawberries, raspberries and a soft herbal lift.

The palate is juicy and fresh, all red berries and gentle spice, with just enough grip to keep it interesting. It’s vibrant but easy, savoury but still playful.

Give it a slight chill, pour a proper glass, and let it do its thing. This is pure hillside energy without trying too hard.
