A Pinot Grigio unlike any other, Fuoripista represents Elisabetta Foradori's alternative vision of this often misunderstood variety. Created in collaboration with biodynamic grower Marco Devigili, this is a pure expression of Pinot Grigio from the alpine landscape of the Campo Rotaliano.

The grapes are fermented naturally with extended skin contact for more than eight months in traditional clay amphorae (tinajas), revealing a completely different side of Pinot Grigio.

Delicate aromas of orange blossom, ripe peach, citrus peel and wild herbs lead into a textured palate with gentle tannins, mineral freshness and a long saline finish. A beautifully balanced skin-contact white that combines the energy of the Dolomites with the depth and complexity of amphora ageing.
