Envínate was founded in 2005 by four friends who met while studying oenology in Alicante. Roberto Santana, José Martínez, Alfonso Torrente and Laura Ramos share a single conviction: that Spain's most compelling wines come from its most overlooked places. Working across Tenerife, Ribeira Sacra, Almansa and Extremadura, they seek out ancient vineyards, indigenous varieties and terroirs that have survived precisely because they were too remote or too difficult to modernise.

Their approach is consistent across every site: native yeasts, minimal intervention, no new oak, and a commitment to letting the vineyard speak without interference. The results are wines of striking individuality, each one a clear expression of its place. Critically acclaimed and allocated in small quantities, Envínate has become one of the most sought-after producers in Spain.
