Fabrice Dodane is one of the Jura's most respected winemakers, farming organically at Domaine de Saint Pierre in Mathenay since 1999. His approach is uncompromising: native yeasts, gentle extraction, little to no added sulphur. The result is wines of remarkable purity, precision and energy that have made him one of the region's most sought-after producers.

Tout Facile is his négociant cuvée, born from a desire to keep making wine through the Jura's difficult recent vintages. Sourced from trusted organic growers in southern France, it is made with exactly the same rigour as his estate wines. Nothing is added, nothing is taken away.

A blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah and a touch of Clairette, whole-bunch fermented with native yeasts. Unfined, unfiltered and bottled with minimal sulphur. Expect vibrant red fruit, a lively, juicy texture and the kind of freshness that makes it equally at home slightly chilled. Drink now or over the next two to three years.
