DoReMi is the project of Giorgi Tsirghvava and Mamuka Tsiklauri, two Georgian winemakers championing indigenous varieties through thoughtful, minimal-intervention winemaking. Their wines capture the individuality of Georgia's vineyards and grape varieties, balancing traditional methods with a fresh, contemporary sensibility.

The 2022 Saperavi Budeshuri is made from a distinctive form of Georgia's celebrated Saperavi grape, known for its elongated berries and its potential to produce particularly aromatic, elegant reds.

Unlike the more powerful and deeply structured expressions often associated with Saperavi, Budeshuri can offer a brighter, more lifted interpretation of the variety. Expect dark cherry, blackberry and plum, accompanied by violet, gentle spice and a subtle earthy character.

The palate combines juicy dark fruit with savoury depth, lively acidity and fine tannins. A beautifully expressive Georgian red with plenty of personality, offering freshness and elegance alongside the natural richness of Saperavi.
