A vibrant, terroir-driven white from Envínate, made from 100% Listán Blanco grown in old, high-altitude volcanic vineyards near Santiago del Teide on Tenerife. Fermented with native yeasts and aged on lees in a mix of concrete tanks and neutral oak, it shows fresh apple and pear, delicate florals and herbaceous touches, flowing into a juicy, lightly creamy palate with saline minerality and a subtle bitter-almond edge that mirrors the volcanic soils and Atlantic influence. Striking energy and a clear sense of place.
