A true icon of the Dolomites and one of Elisabetta Foradori's most celebrated white wines. Fontanasanta is made from Manzoni Bianco, a rare crossing of Riesling and Pinot Bianco, grown on the calcareous clay soils of the hills above Trento.

Fermented on the skins in cement tanks and aged in acacia casks, this is a beautifully textured white that sits between alpine freshness and the complexity of a skin-contact wine. Aromas of white peach, citrus, wild herbs and almond lead into a palate filled with mineral tension, saline freshness and a subtle phenolic grip.
