DoReMi is a small Georgian winery founded by Giorgi Tsirghvava and Mamuka Tsiklauri, working with indigenous grape varieties and traditional Georgian winemaking methods. Their wines are expressive, minimally handled and deeply connected to the country's remarkable history of amber wine production.

The 2023 Khikhvi is made from one of Georgia's distinctive indigenous white varieties, traditionally grown in Kakheti. Khikhvi is particularly well suited to skin contact, developing an intriguing combination of aromatic intensity, texture and savoury complexity.

A beautifully expressive amber wine with notes of dried apricot, quince, orange peel, wild herbs and delicate spice. The palate is generous and layered, with ripe stone fruit, subtle earthy undertones and fine, tea-like tannins bringing structure and freshness.

A wonderfully individual Georgian wine, full of character without sacrificing drinkability. Particularly compelling with roasted vegetables, aged cheeses and richly spiced food.
