This is a Pet Nat that makes you smile first and think second, light, fizzing with energy and impossibly easy to keep going back to.

Made in the Adelaide Hills by Uffe Daniel from Pinot Meunier, it is crafted in the traditional pétillant nature style with minimal intervention and natural sparkle right in the bottle. In the glass it is a soft golden hue with lots of tiny playful bubbles.

On the nose there is fresh orchard fruit, think green apple and pear, with white flowers, a little wild herb lift and a clean bright character that feels vivid but not loud.

The palate is juicy and crisp with lively bubbles carrying flavours of apple skin, citrus zest and a hint of yeast bread. The acidity is fresh and uplifting giving it drive and drinkability from first sip to last.

It is bright, refreshing and fun with a purity that keeps it light but expressive.
