A wonderfully expressive Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir from Garagiste. The 2025 combines fruit from Merricks North, Balnarring, Red Hill and Merricks Grove, bringing together Dijon and MV6 clones from some excellent Peninsula sites.
Fermentation is spontaneous in concrete and stainless steel, with whole berries and a small amount of whole bunch, followed by seven months on lees in 300-litre hogsheads with minimal new oak.
Bright red berries, cherry, spice and dried herbs meet earthy depth and a fine mineral line. Juicy and energetic with real personality and impressive length.

Founded by Pedro Vicente, Appellance grew from a lifelong passion for food, wine, and hospitality. After years working as a chef and travelling through wine regions, meeting growers and tasting wines at their source, it became clear that some of the most exciting wines never make it onto the shelves of large retailers.

We spend our time searching for hidden gems, great value discoveries, and special bottles from Australia and beyond, making them easy for you to access and enjoy.
Every wine is personally selected, carefully stored in temperature-controlled conditions, and delivered with genuine care.

We take great care in packing and storing our wines. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Due to the nature of wine, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
