Grown biodynamically on red loam over limestone and slate, the 2025 vintage balances warmth and clarity, delivering fruit that feels both ripe and finely etched.

The nose is immediate and luminous, with lime zest, lemon blossom, and green apple layered with white flowers, talc, and a gentle mineral breeze. There is a softness to the aromatics, but beneath it, a quiet intensity builds.

On the palate, it is vibrant yet more generous than its Polish Hill sibling, with layers of lime juice, citrus peel, and orchard fruit flowing through the mid-palate. The acidity is bright and mouthwatering, but wrapped in a subtle fruit flesh that gives the wine approachability even in its youth.

Texture brings it all together — a fine chalky and river stone feel, with a saline edge that carries through the length.
