A biodynamic vintage Champagne from the Côte des Bar, crafted by Vincent Couche with 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, zero dosage, and partial oak fermentation. Aged on lees for years, it reveals red fruit, spice, and nutty, yeasty notes on a textured, mineral-driven palate, capturing both the warmth of the 2015 vintage and the elegance of Couche’s artisanal, terroir-focused approach.
