Crafted in the classic traditional method, the Woodlawn NV sparkling captures the charm and drinkability that make this style so appealing. Built as an aperitif-driven wine, it offers both freshness and generosity, showcasing the region’s natural affinity for finely tuned sparkling wines.

The blend is led by 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, largely from the 2024 vintage, with fruit picked slightly later to enhance flavour and texture. Whole bunch pressed slowly and fermented cool in tank, the approach preserves purity while building a layered, expressive profile. The Chardonnay underwent malolactic fermentation, adding a subtle creaminess that complements the Pinot’s bright, lively acidity.

Following assemblage, the wine spent 14 months on lees, developing complexity and finesse, before being disgorged with a precise dosage of 4g/L. The result is a beautifully balanced sparkling wine, offering energy, texture and a clean, refreshing finish—perfect to open any occasion.
