Express Winemakers, led by Ryan O'Meara in collaboration with Pete Ikstrums, focuses on site-driven wines from organically farmed vineyards across Mount Barker to Frankland River. The philosophy is hands-off in the winery, allowing the natural energy of these coastal-influenced sites to guide structure, aromatics and balance.

With brief skin contact, this blend sits between citrus-driven precision and textural complexity. The aromatics are bright and expressive, showing lime zest, lemon blossom, white grapefruit, green apple skin and subtle honeysuckle, underpinned by gentle herbal and mineral tones.

The palate is finely structured, with soft phenolic grip from skin contact giving shape to the vibrant core of acidity. Riesling brings line and drive, while Semillon adds mid-palate texture and subtle waxy depth. The result is layered yet precise, moving through citrus oil, orchard fruit and savoury citrus peel into a dry, focused and lightly textural finish.
