Manzanilla Gabriela is the benchmark wine from Bodegas Barrero, a historic producer based in Sanlúcar de Barrameda with deep roots in the traditional almacenista system. Drawn from estate vineyards in Pago Balbaína Alta, one of the most prized albariza sites in the region, it is aged for around six years under flor in a classic criaderas and solera system.

Produced entirely from Palomino Fino, it captures the essence of coastal Andalucía, shaped by Atlantic humidity and the unique conditions of Sanlúcar, where flor develops with particular intensity near the ocean.

The wine is pale and bright, driven by saline, iodine and mineral notes with a sharp, refreshing edge. On the palate it is dry, persistent and highly drinkable, with that classic Manzanilla profile of sea spray, almond and a faint savoury bitterness on the finish.

A textbook expression of Manzanilla, combining precision, freshness and maritime character, and one of the clearest introductions to the style at a very accessible level.
