Vigne Niche Santo Spirito 2023 is produced from Carricante grown in the Santo Spirito contrada on Etna's northern slopes. Here, deep volcanic soils rich in ash and elevated vineyard sites create conditions particularly suited to producing whites of exceptional texture and mineral complexity.

Compared with the more austere expressions of Carricante, Santo Spirito offers a beautifully generous interpretation of the variety. Aromas of ripe citrus, white flowers and orchard fruit are complemented by subtle mineral and savoury notes.

The palate is layered and expressive, combining richness with vibrant acidity and a persistent saline finish. A wonderfully refined Etna Bianco with the structure and complexity to develop beautifully with time.
