Produced from organically farmed vineyards in Chavot-Courcourt, just south of Épernay, this cuvée is an equal blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Meunier, made exclusively from the first pressing (tête de cuvée). Fermented with indigenous yeasts, bottled without added sulphur, and finished with zero dosage, it is Champagne in its purest form, allowing the character of the vineyard to shine through.

The nose is expressive yet refined, offering aromas of wild red berries, freshly baked brioche, toasted almond and citrus peel. The palate is creamy and vinous with beautifully fine bubbles, balancing richness with remarkable freshness.
