A striking Blanc de Chardonnay inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi, celebrating simplicity, nature and the beauty of imperfection.
From limestone soils in Fleury-la-Rivière and Mardeuil, the 2023 harvest was fermented with wild yeasts and aged for 11 months in oak. The wine is unfined, unfiltered and Brut Nature, allowing its character and texture to shine through.
Initially reserved and mineral, it gradually unfolds in the glass, moving from bright citrus into more tropical fruit, with a persistent, zesty energy. A Champagne of remarkable depth and evolution, rewarding patience and revealing new layers over several hours.

Founded by Pedro Vicente, Appellance grew from a lifelong passion for food, wine, and hospitality. After years working as a chef and travelling through wine regions, meeting growers and tasting wines at their source, it became clear that some of the most exciting wines never make it onto the shelves of large retailers.

We spend our time searching for hidden gems, great value discoveries, and special bottles from Australia and beyond, making them easy for you to access and enjoy.
Every wine is personally selected, carefully stored in temperature-controlled conditions, and delivered with genuine care.

We take responsibility for your order and will do our best to ensure it arrives safely. Please note that couriers can sometimes cause delays or breakages that are outside of our direct control. If this happens, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
We take great care in packing and storing our wines. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Due to the nature of wine, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
